Transfers to another ticket holder

If you find you can no longer attend a Meeum workshop, you may transfer your ticket to someone else.

You must email us the details of the new ticket holder at least 24 hours prior to the start of the workshop. If the event is catered then last minute dietary requirements may not be able to be accommodated.

Note that any benefits, future discounts etc that occur due to attending the workshop will be bestowed on the new ticket holder, not the original purchaser.

Transfers / Exchanges to another workshop date

If you find you can no longer attend a Meeum workshop, you may transfer your ticket to another date for a fee, depending on timeframe.

You must email us to let us know you cannot attend the workshop.

Date transfer fees

  • Date transfer requests with 7 days or more notice will incur a fee of $220 (inc GST).
  • Date transfer requests with less than 7 days notice will incur a fee of 50% of the ticket price paid, or $330 (whichever is higher).
  • Date transfer requests with less than 48 hours notice will not be accepted.

Refunds

Meeum will only offer a refund of a ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated.

If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Meeum will not be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
