For over fifteen years, Elyse has worked to build thriving companies. She has spent her career nurturing organisations, their culture and the people within them.
She has founded and exited her own companies and has a reputation for scaling businesses, mentoring teams and enabling big ideas to be delivered rapidly with a high degree of quality and creativity.
She has built companies and led teams that have inspired people to be a part of the change they want to see in their organisation.
She is the co-founder of Meeum, a business committed to broadening access to coding education, and increasing technical and digital fluency.
Prior to Meeum, Elyse founded culture and behaviour change consultancy Interchange and played a leading role in growing user experience consultancy Symplicit to later be acquired for over $14M.
She is a published author in the area of young LGBTQI people and homelessness.
She’s an ardent advocate for the inclusion of women in leadership and tech roles and committed to her responsibility to drive for more diversity in the business world, working with purpose-led organisations and individuals.
Elyse sits on the Board of not-for-profit organisations in Queensland and Victoria including Motor Neurone Disease Association of Queensland and Stafford Rescue Victoria.
