Here we’re talking about heading structure, image optimization, URL structure, effective page titles and descriptions and a whole host of other things.

We’ll look at some of the best ways to gather great keywords for your content, and what you should do with those keywords on your web page.

Off Page SEO

Having other people recognize your great content is a wonderful feeling. It also really helps with your SEO when they link to that great content. This is just one of the factors of Off Page SEO.

We’ll look at what makes a great link to your site, and what doesn’t.

Off Page SEO is where a lot of ‘black hat’ techniques have stemmed from, so it’s important to get it right.

Black what? Black hat. These are aggressive, machine-driven SEO techniques that focus on search engine algorithms and ignore the human element of websites. Black hat SEO is unethical, spammy and ultimately bad karma for you and your website and you can actually get banned from search engines using these practices.

Technical SEO

Great technical SEO covers the code part of your website, as well as some other factors, such as server configuration, XML sitemaps, structured data and efficient code.

Not everyone is comfortable in this world, which is quite understandable. Gaining even a fundamental understanding of Technical SEO will bolster your ability to succeed in SEO in general, and really level up your game.

We love code. We love teaching code and we’re passionate about sharing these skills. That’s why we bring this essential piece of the puzzle in.

All three of these factors play a huge part in how Google and other search engines read and analyse your website content. It is imperative to keep all three in mind when planning your marketing and content strategies.
